TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGREEMENT · TSA
Prove the ore. Scale the operation.
A TSA can start at a level that matches the mine’s demonstrated production capacity and grow as the operation proves itself. The same principle applies at every stage: start with the capacity the mine can support, measure the results, and scale when the ore and production justify the next step.

For small mines with established production and room to grow.
For growing mines requiring a larger operating setup and support structure.
For higher-capacity mines operating at a larger and more continuous scale.
Processing fee: €50 per tonne across all TSA classes.
The entry fee is paid once. If an operation moves to a higher TSA class, the monthly fee follows the new class; a new entry fee is not charged. Final classification and commercial terms are confirmed after ore evaluation, due diligence, site review and agreement between the parties.

01 · COLLECT THE ORE
Under the NORSE operating model, the PML holder makes the ore available for loading at the mine. The mine owner’s practical responsibility is to ensure that the trucks can be loaded.
NORSE then arranges collection and transport of the ore to the processing site. The planned operating concept is designed for participating mines within a radius of approximately 300 kilometres.
This creates a clear starting point for the material chain: the ore is collected at the mine and enters a controlled route towards weighing and processing.
02 · WEIGH
Under the planned NMC operating model, when the ore reaches the processing area, the incoming material is weighed and registered before processing begins.
The recorded weight becomes one of the basic inputs for the later mass-balance calculation. Knowing how much material entered the process is essential if the final recovery is to be measured and explained transparently.
Both NORSE and the PML holder should therefore know how much material has been received before treatment starts.
03 · PROCESS
The ore is processed through the selected treatment line. During this stage, the material is crushed, ground and treated according to the process developed for that particular ore.
The objective is to liberate the gold from the surrounding material and recover it through the selected process route.
Sampling is not limited to a single point before or after treatment. Samples are taken continuously during material processing, allowing the ore to be followed as it moves through the system.
04 · SAMPLE & ASSAY
At each defined sampling occasion, three equivalent samples are taken.
Under the planned NMC procedure, one sample is retained as a reference. One sample is provided to the PML holder or ore owner. The third sample is used for fire assay to determine the gold content.
Repeating this procedure during processing gives continuous control of the gold grade in the material and provides both parties with a physical reference sample.
05 · MASS BALANCE
After processing, the recorded weights, sampling results, assay data and recovered gold are brought together in a mass-balance calculation.
This allows NORSE to compare how much gold is estimated to have entered the process with how much gold has been recovered and what remains in the residual material.
The purpose is to identify any significant unexplained losses and to confirm that the recovery figures are consistent with the material that entered the system.
06 · VERIFY
The recovered gold is brought together, weighed and prepared for final handling. It can then be melted into bars, creating a clear physical result that can be documented against the processing records and the mass balance.
The PML holder can therefore follow the chain from collection at the mine through weighing, processing, sampling, assay and final recovered gold.
Any subsequent sale or transfer of the gold is handled through the applicable authorised Tanzanian framework.
