Where the ore responds well to physical separation, NORSE prefers that route. Whether it is suitable is established through testwork, not assumed in advance.

NO MERCURY IN THE CLEAN PROCESS

CLEAN MATERIAL STAYS CLEAN.

Mercury is not part of the NORSE clean processing line. Material with a known or suspected history of mercury use must be identified and kept separate from clean ore and concentrates.

HISTORICALLY CONTAMINATED MATERIAL

Material with a known or suspected mercury history is kept outside the clean-material route until it has been separately identified, evaluated and given an appropriate handling plan.
